    Yes, it is important to have a confirmed diagnosis of IBS so that we are treating the proper condition.

  • How long does the low FODMAP diet take?

    It varies. Expect anywhere between 2-3 months total. Take this course at your own pace and re-start it if you need to.

  • How long will I have access to this course?

    As long as you would like! Your purchase will not expire and you can log back in to review material or download PDFs. The login information is your for your use only and is not permitted to be shared to others who have not signed up.

  • Is this course monitored by a Dietitian?

    The course has been developed by a dietitian but is not dietitian supervised as you go through the modules. If you require an appointment for more support, you should book an appointment.
